On the Object of Good Government by Former US President Thomas Jefferson



For more about former US President Thomas Jefferson.
He was an "eloquent" correspondent but not a "speaker" so he was considered as a "silent member" of Congress. 
One of his contributions as a "silent member" of Congress was the drafting of a bill which establishes religious freedom which was enacted in 1786.
