The Safest Place on Earth No More

I once have read that babies cry when they are born as a sign of protest one reason of which is the uncertainty of life outside of the womb when inside the womb he is supposedly assured of supplies and protected from all harm. Whatever the real reason, you can have some insights here and this one

I have also read that the mother's womb is supposed to be the safest place on earth. Try watching this movie. Not one of us could probably recall how we lived inside our respective mother's womb but advancements in science and technology offer insights into how life inside the womb is which we could use as bases of saying that indeed, the mother's womb ought to be and actually is the safest place on earth.

In order to justify the "right" to terminate the life of the unborn, pro-choice people have desecrated the sanctity of life of and the dignity of humanity the unborn by claiming that it is not yet a human being. For most of them, being human starts on the moment of birth. It is only when a child is already a complete human being, that is, looks like the parent human being, can he be considered a person or human. And with this mentality time will come when being human would depend on who those who will be in authority would like to be given the chance to be born. Being human would not be based on the inherent dignity of humanity as God's created beings out of love anymore but on the decision of those who will rule. The terms zygote, blastocyst, fetus, which are actually stages of the development of the human being inside the mother's womb are disregarded and the developing human being is only considered a mere body "part" of the mother, like a mere tissue which can be taken from her body just like having a tooth extraction or tonsillectomy if she decides or chooses to do so because it is her "right" because it is "her" body.

Before anything else, these questions must be answered properly by these people: First of all, how can a person claim to own his or her body when he or she didn't even have the chance to decide whether he or she was to be born? On what basis can one person claim ownership of one's body when he or she wasn't even consulted whether he or she would like to have this or that body? No person is even lord of his or her own life, how much more over his or her body which is also dependent on life?

Hence the idea that the womb is the safest place on earth has been negated. Actually, the reality is that the womb is becoming the worst place on earth. When I reflect on a law, I remember what I have read somewhere, that laws are only necessary for the sake of protecting the weak, the innocent, the poor. That if everyone only have the same strength, capacity and knowledge, we would not need laws anymore because no one would try overcome another because they have the same powers. But with the crafting of laws that denies the right to life of innocent human beings inside the womb of the mother, I wonder where humanity is going to. Do you know?

Ownership over the body is a natural right. But unfortunately, the human being within the mother's womb is a completely separate entity with his own identity and possibilities.
